Quilt card

Image
This card I made for my Mother In Law, she is a quilter so she should really like this card.  I used Stampin Up designer paper and midnight muse with it and created a quilt pattern and then I ran the "quilt" through the big shot with an embossing folder so it looked quilted.  I cut the squares of it 1 inch with a punch and then the card did fit a standard invitation envelope.

Fun at Stamp Camp

Image
The ladies and I had so much fun at stamp camp, it did go on for hours.  I think most of my Christmas cards are done and I only made a few duplicates.  I forgot to take pictures until the end.  I will do better next time, I think it would be cute getting pictures as people are making the different projects.  As you can tell in the picture it is a messy affair making cards but we did get it all cleaned up in just a little bit of time.  I have not mastered crafting and being neat yet!  We did take a break this time for lunch and I also made christmas brownies.  They were the no sugar package and they were more cake-like but not bad (of course the frosting was full of sugar).
