I started taking a Wilton Cake Decorating Class last week and just had my second class Sunday. I am posting the pictures of cakes I have made. Hopefully they aren't too bad. I am practicing on cupcakes this week for my daughters daisy scout troop and will post those. The class is really laid back and full of information. I would recommend to anyone wanting to decorate a cake or cupcakes for parties, classes, family. I don't have the best grip but this is my best effort. It might take me longer, but I think by the end of the classes, they are 4 weeks long, that my family will enjoy the looks and of course they like to eat it.
